It is prohibited to promote terrorism and extremism, promote ethnic hatred and discrimination, disseminate violent and obscene information, fabricate or disseminate false information to disrupt economic and social order, or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, such as the right to reputation, privacy, and intellectual property rights.
